On Thursday 29^th June, the Y10 Ambition Cohort went to Education House in Knottingley to take part in an employability careers day. The students took part in serval sessions which involved them communicating with Local CEO’s and business owners. They had sessions what employers from a variety of sectors are looking for in a model employee and also how to prepare themselves for job interviews. They also learnt the importance of good communication skills

Towards the end, they while they took part in team challenges such as bridge crossing and minefield tasks which allowed them to really work on their teamwork skills.
