Parents evenings are an opportunity for you to meet with your son’s/daughter’s teachers and discuss their work, effort and progress so far this year. We will have several throughout the year for you to attend.

We are operating a new electronic appointment booking system for these evenings. This system will allow you to book appointments based on your convenience and the availability of teaching staff. There is a ‘Parents’ Guide for Booking Appointments’ sheet below which explains how to book. If you are unable to access the system please contact your son’s/daughter’s Learning Manager and they can assist you in making sure you are able to see the relevant staff members.

Y10 - Each appointment slot will last for 5 minutes only and will involve a video call with the specified teacher.

Y8 – Each appointment slot will last for 7 minutes only and will involve a video call with one member of staff to discuss the students performance across all subjects. Appointments are also available with Mr Corley (Y8 learning manager)

Covid safe

Parents evenings will be virtual this year in order to keep everyone safe. The electronic booking system will be set for video calls to staff. This system can be accessed through a smart phone, laptop computer, desktop computer or tablet device. All video calls will be generated automatically when appointments are booked, just login to the electronic booking system on the night.
